Privacy Policy

At SHARE SPACE S.L. ("Share") we process the information provided by interested parties in order to deliver our services. This policy explains how we process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

2. What data do we process and why?

• Contact and form data (name, phone, email, message): to handle your enquiries, manage bookings and requests for information.
• Contract and billing data (identification, tax and payment data, data of the company to be domiciled): to formalise and manage the contracted services, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations.
• Mail data received under the domiciliation service: for its reception, notification, safekeeping and forwarding to the client.
• Browsing data (cookies and analytics tools): to analyse the use of the website and improve our services, where applicable with your consent.

3. Legal basis

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, for the provision of services and handling of requests.
• Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting and commercial).
• Consent of the data subject, for commercial communications and non-essential cookies.
• Legitimate interest of Share in managing the relationship and the security of its systems.

4. Retention

We retain data for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial regulations set retention periods of up to 6 years, or those applicable). Data processed on the basis of consent will be kept until you withdraw it.

5. Recipients

Your data may be shared with:

• Public authorities and official bodies, where there is a legal obligation (for example, the Spanish Tax Agency).
• Banks and payment service providers (Redsys / Banc Sabadell) for the management of payments.
• Providers that deliver services to Share (for example, accounting firm, web hosting or analytics tools), acting as data processors and with the appropriate safeguards.

No international data transfers are made outside the European Economic Area unless expressly informed and with adequate safeguards.

6. Payment data

Card payments are processed through the secure gateway of Redsys / Banc Sabadell. Full card details are entered directly in the bank's secure environment; Share does not store full card details. For recurring payments, a tokenised identifier or reference is used, not the card number.

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given, by writing to sharecoworking@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

Share applies the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.

9. Cookies

This website uses its own and third-party cookies for technical and analytics purposes (Google Analytics). Analytics cookies are only activated if you give your consent through the banner shown when you access the site; until you do, no analytics tool is loaded. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or from your browser settings.
