SHARE SPACE S.L. provides virtual office services, registered and tax address (domiciliation), mail reception and management, coworking, and the rental of workspaces and meeting rooms, with an establishment in Manresa (Barcelona), Spain.
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website, without prejudice to certain services being subject to specific contract terms.
Access to this website is free of charge and grants the status of user. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services, and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and the law.
Share may modify, without prior notice, the information contained on its website, as well as its configuration and presentation, in order to keep it up to date.
4.1. The premises located at Carretera de Cardona, 30, 08242 Manresa (Barcelona) are an establishment managed by and under the control of SHARE SPACE S.L. Their use as a registered and/or tax address, seat, establishment, mail-reception address or for any other purpose is reserved exclusively for clients holding a domiciliation contract with Share that is in force, duly signed and up to date with payment.
4.2. The use of this address —in deeds, before the Companies Registry, before the Spanish Tax Agency, on invoices, websites, contracts or before any third party or body— by any natural or legal person who does not hold a valid and signed domiciliation contract with Share is expressly prohibited. Such use constitutes an unauthorised, illegitimate and fraudulent use of the address.
4.3. SHARE SPACE S.L. assumes no liability whatsoever in respect of any person or entity using the address without a valid and signed contract. In particular, Share does not receive, keep, manage, scan, forward or respond to any mail, notification, request or communication —including those of an administrative, judicial or tax nature— addressed to such persons or entities, nor does it recognise them as domiciled. Unauthorised use creates no link, contractual relationship, obligation or duty of custody or diligence on the part of Share.
4.4. Authorisation to use the address is conditional upon the contract remaining in force and the fees being paid. In the event of non-payment, expiry, termination or non-renewal of the contract, the authorisation ceases automatically and with immediate effect, without any prior notice being required. From that moment, the client is obliged to change its registered and tax address and to cease all use of the address; Share stops receiving and managing any mail and may notify the cessation to the Companies Registry, the Tax Agency and any other relevant bodies.
4.5. In the event of any unauthorised or improper use of the address, SHARE SPACE S.L. reserves the right to: (i) refuse and not recognise the domiciliation; (ii) demand its immediate rectification or cessation; (iii) report and denounce the facts to the Companies Registry, the Spanish Tax Agency, the law-enforcement authorities and any competent authorities; and (iv) exercise any legal action —civil and criminal— available to it, including a claim for the damages caused.
4.6. The client or third party using the address shall hold SHARE SPACE S.L. harmless against any claim, penalty, liability, cost or loss arising from the use of the address or from its own activity and tax, commercial or other obligations, being solely responsible before third parties and the authorities.
All website content (text, images, logos, the "Share" trademark, graphic design, source code and other elements) is owned by SHARE SPACE S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation, in whole or in part, without the owner's express authorisation, is prohibited.
Share is not liable for any damages arising from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by matters beyond Share's control.
The website may contain links to third-party pages. Share assumes no responsibility for the content, information or services that may appear on such sites.
